CARDIOVASCULAR PROGRAMS (AEROBICS)

Features:

  • Cardio Blast - Utilizing the original STEP platform, this group is designed to increase your cardiovascular endurance. Your instructor will lead you through 35-40 minute of continuous stepping patterns followed by an awesome abdominal section. Join the fun!
  • Cardio/Tone – Treat yourself to the challenge of aerobics step with a combination of full body toning.
  • Core Plus – A dynamic full-body workout using a variety of fitness equipment (dumbbells,tubing,balls,etc.) Upper and lower body exercises along with some light cardio in between sets. Lots of balance and functional exercises to work your CORE!
  • Step & Sculpt – A moderate to high hour of intense cardio work geared to improve your cardiovascular system and burn fat, combined with strength training.
    Total Body - Full body training that uses weights, body bars, machines, drill moves, med balls and bands.
  • Tone & Sculpt - An hour group training session which targets and sculpts specific parts of the body.
